01 — Let’s Chat!

We connect via email or Zoom/Skype and I will learn about your vision, style and yourself. I know that you've worked hard to create your own style and I tailor my services to your needs. This is not a one size fit all experience!

I will be the only person working on your photos. After getting to know each other and decide that we are the perfect fit, we will start the on-boarding process.

02 — Making it official

I will send you an agreement and you will give me your wedding dates for the year. We will chat about your personal turnaround time and I will schedule your editing dates.

Once you have approved the dates, I will schedule them and you will receive reminders so you never miss a day!

03 — You’re a client!

When you become a Whisper & Sing client, I will hold your hand through our easy booking process. I will set up a Dropbox folder with step-by-sep instructions on how to send me your images.

I will study some of your favorite weddings so I can learn exactly what you do to your images and become your editing clone. You will also receive a questionnaire where you can go in-depth with your editing style.

04 — Sending your first wedding

You will work your magic on the day, cull (or I can do that for you!) and edit your anchor images. These images will help me with your vision for the day and ensure that your gallery is edited to the highest quality.

If you want an even more hands off process, I can edit your weddings without anchor images. This requires a more in-depth discussion after we have worked together for a few weddings.

05 — Getting your images back

Send me your images and just relax! I will send you some sample images for our first weddings together.

Once we have worked together for a little while, I will just go ahead with your anchor images, edit and send your images back.

Once you have received the images, you will import the photos and review the Lightroom catalog or Adobe Camera Raw files. Most clients spend 1 hour reviewing the wedding and making minor adjustments such as B&W conversions.

Do not hesitate to give me feedback if needed and I will make sure to apply your notes to the next wedding. It’s all about communication and working as a team. I welcome your thoughts and appreciate them!
